To add transformation steps, you will need to first create a reference to the linked entity then modify the reference, and eventually disable load of the original linked entity. Hope it helps! Once you parameterize the WorkspaceID and DataflowID in Linked Entities, they are no more Linked Entities so they cannot get updated automatically when the main source table is refreshed. In this scenario, you need to refresh the dataflow which has these modified entities.
