WebJul 6, 2016 · So I have most of my harnesses tied up with the Dutch fork plastic/ metal quick change Clevis. I noticed trying to run colorados (1.4-1.7mph) that they did not have a nice spin. The blade has a stutter/ wobble to it. I have an underwater camera that I ran on my downrigger and watched it at 40-50ft down.
